This is where you pick the top tasks that you must get done today.  You will get them done today.

Show Appreciation.

Showing appreciation will do wonders for your relationships.  This will keep you mindful and hold you accountable to do it. Whether it’s just complementing a co-worker or thanking your kids for doing chores. Do this for a few weeks and see how it can change your life.

Track your drinking and eating.

This will keep you accountable on what you eat and help you get enough water intake. You will be healthier if you write down everything you eat. It’s hard to write down that you ate three brownies.

Track your exercise.

It is recommended to exercise 30 minutes per day.  If you require yourself that you must fill this section out you will find yourself making time to do some sort of exercise to fill the requirement.

Time Block.

Spend 10 minutes in the morning or the night before to schedule your day.   Blocking out your time will make your more productive and less stressed.
